**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Idea Generation**: Brainstorm and develop innovative and trendy reel concepts that have the potential to go viral.
- **Research**: Stay updated with the latest trends, memes, and viral content across social media platforms.
- **Script Writing**: Write concise, engaging, and effective scripts for voice-overs that align with the visual content and capture the audience's attention within the first few seconds.
- **Hook Development**: Craft strong hooks that draw viewers in and keep them engaged throughout the reel.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with video producers, editors, and social media managers to ensure the final content aligns with the brand's voice and goals.
- **Optimization**: Tailor scripts and ideas to maximize engagement and virality, considering platform-specific algorithms and audience behavior.
- **Feedback Integration**: Adapt scripts based on feedback from team members and performance metrics to continuously improve content quality.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher, Freelance

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 - 12 per week

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Rotational shift
- Weekend availability
