**OPEN POSITION**

**Plant Supervisor (Pneumatic/Hydraulic Systems)**

**Job Location : Vapi, Gujarat - India Experience Req. : 1 - 3 years**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure production activities are completed on schedule, meeting deadlines

and quality standards.
- Manage inventory, track materials, and update records in the ERP system.
- Supervise the assembly and sub-assembly of pneumatic/hydraulic

components.
- Oversee incoming and outgoing components, ensuring proper handling as per

production orders.
- Maintain plant operations in compliance with company quality standards.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to order parts based on production

schedules.
- Enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards.
- Lead a small team of assembly workers and fitters, ensuring efficient assembly

of actuators.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Production Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in

pneumatic/hydraulic systems.
- Proficiency with ERP software for inventory and production management.
- Strong technical understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic actuators.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and practices.

Pay: ₹14,563.03 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
