Job Title: Digital Media and Social Media Expert

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing efforts with overall marketing strategy.

Create compelling visual and written content for social media posts, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

Respond to customer inquiries and comments on social media channels in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all digital platforms.

Research and identify new opportunities for growth and engagement on social media.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital media and social media management.

Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for digital campaigns.

Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
