**Position: Marketing Associate - Social Media & Event Marketing**
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences on different social media channels.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Set specific objectives per month and report on ROI.
- Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily in the form of posts, stories, tweets etc. using original copy and creatives (static, gifs, videos).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics from social media.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency and regular content updates are done.
- Build, nurture and manage social media followers and create communities on the basis of the brand’s target consumer segments.
- Ensure respectful and appropriate community engagement online.
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
- Oversee social media accounts’ design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout).
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
- Supporting the advertising team with relevant targeting, content concepts, creative imagery that resonates with the target audience.
- Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
- Improving and maintaining a solid social media presence for the brand.
- Monitoring the company’s brand on social media and ensuring the tone of voice and brand book are adhered to.
- Building brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
- Responding to comments on each of our accounts.
- Overseeing customer service provided via social media (chatbot and responses).
- Building timely reports on a bi-weekly and monthly basis to track social media KPIs.
- Analysing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
- Coordinating with the internal teams to set up and manage physical and online events effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and niter-personal skills.
- 1 year (minimum) of work experience in managing Social media campaigns/profiles.
- Familiar with all social media platforms that Hosachiguru operates on - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
- Dedicated and accountable for metrics and deliverables.

**KRAs**:

- Improve reach and engagement across all channels on a monthly basis.
- Increase page followers across all channels on a monthly basis.
- Respond and maintain interactions with opportunities and prospective buyers through messages and comments.
- Improve page rating and reviews on all channels, especially Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Maintain a monthly and annual calendar, creative deck and content charts.
- Build and maintain bi-weekly and monthly reports tracking important metrics across all channels.
- Liaison with employees, CoFarmers and affiliate brands to boost the brand’s online presence.
- Maintain the brand’s tone of voice across all communication channels, including leadership profiles (directors).
- Monthly farm visits to capture progress updates.
- Coordinating with events teams to ensure necessary updates go live on social media channels and the event takes place smoothly.
- Coordinating with content development and design teams on a regular basis to churn out new, interactive & engaging content across channels.
