**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Knowledge of Domestic(Bangalore/Mangalore/Coimbatore) Education Systems**: Should have a strong understanding about universities, course options, eligibility requirements, and admissions processes for various colleges/universities in Bangalore, Mangalore and Coimbatore
- **Student Counselling**:Should excel in one-on-one student counseling, both over the phone and in person (as needed). Your role will involve guiding students through course selection, career opportunities, and educational pathways, ensuring a smooth and informed admission process. Additionally, you may be required to provide telephonic and video counseling to support prospective students effectively.
- **Telecalling**: Engage with prospective students over the phone, explaining the institution's programs and services, and converting leads into enrollments.
- **Follow-Up**: Consistently follow up with students and parents to address their concerns, provide accurate information, resolve queries, and actively encourage enrollment.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of student interactions, admissions data, and feedback.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the admissions and marketing teams to ensure that student needs are met and lead-generation targets are achieved.
- **Student Support**: Assist in resolving any issues students may have before, during, and after enrollment.
- **Sales/Conversion**: Drive the enrollment process by promoting available programs, ensuring that prospective students are aware of the benefits and value of the courses offered.

**Key Requirements**:

- Age: Below 35 years
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (any field)

**Experience**:

- Domestic Academic counseling: minimmum 2 years (required)
- Experience in telecalling, student counseling, or a related field

**Skills**:

- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
