**Job Summary**:
The Executive Housekeeper is responsible for overseeing the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. This role ensures the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction are consistently met while managing the housekeeping team efficiently and cost-effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and manage the entire housekeeping department including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff.
- Plan and schedule staff duties and rotations to ensure optimal staffing levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and service areas to ensure quality standards are met.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping team members to maintain service excellence and grooming standards.
- Ensure timely housekeeping services, including daily cleaning, turndown service, and special requests.
- Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies, linen, and guest amenities within budget.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback regarding cleanliness and housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards as per hotel policies and legal regulations.
- Prepare reports on room occupancy, linen usage, cleaning schedules, and staffing.
- Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping operations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Housekeeper in a 4 or 5-star hotel (Above 5 Years)
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Good understanding of budgeting and inventory control.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies, equipment handling, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve issues efficiently
- Educational Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.

**Work Schedule**:
Full-time; must be flexible with shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
