As a Field Officer, you will play a vital role in managing security personnel and related services at various client sites, ensuring the safety and security of our clients' assets and personnel.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Site Management**:Supervise and manage security guard manpower deployment at multiple client sites in the Sonipat region, including Kundli, Rai, Bahalgarh, Murthal, and other nearby NCR areas.

**Personnel Management**:Lead and motivate a team of security guards, ensuring they are well-trained, disciplined, and perform their duties effectively.

**Client Relations**: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, addressing client concerns promptly, and ensuring overall client satisfaction with our services.

**Security Protocols**:Implement and enforce security protocols, procedures, and guidelines to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property.

**Emergency Response**: Develop and execute effective emergency response plans, ensuring swift and appropriate actions during security incidents.

**Reporting**:Provide regular reports on site activities, security incidents, and personnel performance to senior management.

**Budget Management**:Manage the allocated budget efficiently, optimizing resources and controlling costs.

**Qualifications**:
Graduate or Minimum 12th Pass

2-3 years of Security Management Experience: Proven experience in managing security guards and related manpower services.

**Leadership Skills**: Strong leadership and team management abilities.

**Effective Communication**:Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

**Local Knowledge**: Familiarity with the Sonipat region and surrounding areas, as well as the security landscape in the NCR region.

**Problem-Solving Skills**:Ability to handle security-related challenges and emergencies efficiently.

**Compensation**:
The Field Officer will receive a competitive monthly salary in the range of INR 20,000 to INR 25,000, in addition to travel conveyance allowances.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
