Nursing Tutor

We are looking for a **dedicated and qualified Nursing Tutor** to join our faculty and contribute to the growth and success of our nursing students.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Training**: Conduct theoretical and practical nursing classes for B.Sc. Nursing, GNM, and ANM students.
- **Clinical Supervision**: Guide students during clinical postings in hospitals, ensuring proper patient care and adherence to protocols.
- **Curriculum Implementation**: Assist in developing lesson plans, study materials, and assessment methods aligned with the nursing curriculum.
- **Student Mentoring**: Provide academic support and career guidance to students.
- **Skill Development**: Train students in patient care, medical procedures, and emergency response techniques.
- **Administrative Duties**: Participate in faculty meetings, accreditation processes, and institutional activities.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**: B.Sc. Nursing / M.Sc. Nursing from a recognized university.
- **Registration**: Must be a **Registered Nurse (RN) / Registered Midwife (RM)** with a valid nursing council registration.
- **Skills**:

- Strong clinical knowledge and practical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to use modern teaching methodologies and technology in education.
- Dedication to student success and professional ethics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
