As an AR Caller within the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) cycle, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable activities, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients or customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Contacting clients or customers to follow up on outstanding invoices or payments.
- Resolving billing issues or discrepancies by investigating and communicating with relevant parties.
- Maintaining accurate records of all communications and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Collaborating with internal teams such as billing, coding, and collections to ensure smooth revenue cycle operations.
- Identifying and escalating accounts that require further action, such as delinquency or potential bad debt.
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to billing or payments.
- Generating reports and analysis on accounts receivable metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to revenue cycle management.

**Qualifications**:
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- AR Caller: 2 years (preferred)
- RCM: 2 years (preferred)
