Roles & Responsibilities

**Job Description**:

- GRN Booking: Efficiently and accurately book Goods Received Notes (GRNs) in the system and create batch in DTS. To reply to all SSC queries with respect to GL CC booking if any.
- SWIFT Portal Management: Handle Purchase Order (PO) and Non-PO related activities within the SWIFT portal. Anchor calls with user, SSC Team and SWIFT team to resolve any SWIFT invoice processing query.
- Timely Invoice Query Management: Respond to and resolve invoice-related queries from users. Prepare weekly reports and manage query resolution by coordinating with users / SSC Team.
- Prioritized Invoice Processing: Identify and prioritize urgent invoices for timely booking.
- Payment Batch Processing: Prepare and process payment batches, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- ERS Management: Manage Employee Reimbursement system(ERS) process by coordinating with employees. Prepare and manage employee advances reports
- JCC Certificate Management: Handle and maintain JCC certificates with respect to Fixed Asset.
- Asset Tagging: Tag and track fixed assets on a systematic and regular basis with proper documentation.
- Lead Time Reporting: Generate and analyze lead time reports.
- SAP Proficiency.
- Communicate with users regarding prepaid card bill submissions.
- Participate in all AP reviews and close the open points.
- AR Lodgments Activity for Forex receipt.
