**Responsibilities**:

- Class Preparation and Delivery:

- Thoroughly prepare for each class topic.
- Provide comprehensive notes to students.
- Schedule class timings and batches with prior approval from the branch manager and director.
- Conduct both in-person and online classes as instructed by the branch manager or director.
- Complete the course syllabus within the given timeframe.
- Ensure exams and practicals are conducted as scheduled.
- Student Management:

- Take daily attendance and submit it to the office administrator.
- Offer guidance and support to students for their academic and professional development.
- Assess student performance through assignments, tests, and practical evaluations.
- Maintain a professional relationship with students, ensuring it is not misused or detrimental to the institution's reputation.
- Curriculum Development:

- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and curricula.
- Ensure course content is aligned with current industry standards and practices.
- Incorporate real-world scenarios and examples into training programs.
- Industry Engagement:

- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements.
- Integrate relevant industry insights into the training sessions.
- Quality Assurance:

- Deliver high-quality training that adheres to the institute’s standards.
- Collect and utilize student feedback to enhance teaching methods and course content.
- Administrative Duties:

- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to the institution’s leave policy by providing prior notice or obtaining permission at least one week in advance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Professional certifications in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or Oil & Gas are highly desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience in a relevant field.
- Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage.

- Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Oil & Gas industry practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and tools.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
