Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding our distribution network. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the FMCG market and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing distributors and key accounts.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales representatives (if applicable).
- Monitor sales performance and prepare sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities.
- Ensure products are displayed effectively in retail outlets.
- Manage budgets and control expenses.
- Achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in FMCG sales, with a minimum of \[Number] years of experience.
