**Detailed Responsibilities**
- Make Outbound calls to the leads provided by team lead and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
- Receive Inbound calls and explain the courses offered by Tap Academy.
- Maintained a detailed tracker of the calls and presented it to the lead and relevant stakeholders in the company.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the courses offered by the company.
- Coordinate with all relevant partners and stakeholders to ensure the completion of the given tasks.
- Adhere to rules and regulations of the organization while counseling students face to face.
- Achieve set targets by organization and ensure end to end conversion of a lead.
- Reach out to colleges to book seminar/workshop appointments and ensure follow up is done end to end.
- Upgrade skills on relevant technologies to contribute to the growth of the organization.
