Tandoori Chef

**Tandoor Cooking**:Expertly cook a variety of dishes in the tandoor oven including tandoori chicken, lamb, fish, vegetables, naan, roti, and other Indian flatbreads, ensuring proper cooking time and desired texture.
- **Ingredient Preparation**:Properly marinate meats and vegetables according to recipes, ensuring flavors are well-balanced and spices are accurately measured.
- **Quality Control**:Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency in all tandoor dishes, monitoring doneness and appearance before serving.
- **Section Management**:Oversee the tandoor section, ensuring cleanliness, proper equipment usage, and efficient workflow.
- **Inventory Control**:Monitor and manage inventory of tandoor ingredients, promptly reporting any shortages to the Sous Chef.
- **Recipe Adherence**:Strictly follow established recipes and cooking techniques as outlined by the Executive Chef.
- **Training and Supervision**:May train and guide junior chefs or commis on proper tandoor cooking techniques.
- **Communication**:Collaborate effectively with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 3 years (preferred)
