**Role -** We are looking for a passionate professional who excels in the art of visual communication and consumer

interaction. Someone who challenges conventions, thinks outside the box, and is not afraid to take risks and push

the boundaries of creative online. You'll craft elegant visual solutions, work with marketing and social media team.

The role requires understanding of principles of graphic design and proficiency in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop

& Illustrator). You’ll play a key role in communicating with Shaadi’s audiences with your creative thinking and visual

storytelling.

**What you will do in this role**
- Conceptualize and produce online collateral for marketing and sales
- Conceptualize and execute video content for IG reels and Youtube.
- Formulate new and forward-thinking concepts and render designs for social media campaigns
- Responsible for ensuring brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design and artwork.
- Measuring the effectiveness of individual creative and optimizing for response
- Setting and managing creative delivery schedules in collaboration with marketing managers
- Special projects for PR and product including designing brand identity and developing viral ideas
- Understanding creative trends in the online market and new tools and institutionalizing them internally.

**What you should have**
- Bachelor’s degree in Design
- 3 years’ strong and relevant experience working as designer in consumer tech ecosystem
- Excellent visual aesthetics, user obsession & creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects within deadlines
- Ability to think creatively and to pay attention to detail
- Strong team player with effective collaboration and influencing abilities
