**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Title: Fresher US IT Staffing(BDM, BDE, Sales, Recruiters)

**Job Type**: Fulltime

No. of Positions: 50+

**Interview and Absorption Process**:

- They will be deployed upon completing the training program successfully.

**Roles and responsibilities**:

- Must undergo training in US IT Staffing for various roles(BDM, BDE, Sales, Recruiters)-.
- Responsible for Sourcing / Screening profiles based on job specifications and skill sets as per client's requirements.
- Should stay updated with Technical knowledge and awareness of the latest emerging IT technologies.
- Should be able to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent, and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) positions.
- Very good English communication skills.

**Our requirement**:

- Good communication skills both verbal and written.
- Willingness to work the night shift.
