**Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support**:

- Manage the CEO’s **calendar, appointments, and meetings**, ensuring optimal time management.
- Prepare **presentations, reports, and documents** for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and coordinate **travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations**.
- Maintain and manage **confidential files, records, and sensitive information**.

**Strategic & Operational Support**:

- Act as a **liaison** between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Assist in **decision-making** by gathering data, conducting research, and providing insights.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure the **timely execution of key initiatives**.
- Track and follow up on **critical tasks, deadlines, and deliverables**.

**Meeting & Event Coordination**:

- Plan and coordinate **executive meetings, board meetings, and off-site events**.
- Take detailed **minutes, track action items**, and ensure follow-ups.
- Handle logistics for conferences, investor meetings, and media engagements.

**Project Management & Special Assignments**:

- Assist in **high-priority projects**, ensuring smooth execution and reporting.
- Work on **business reports, market research**, and competitor analysis.
- Provide support in **policy implementation, workflow optimization, and internal communications**.

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Business Administration, Management, or a related field**.
- **1+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
- Exceptional **organizational, time management, and multitasking skills**.
- Strong **written and verbal communication** abilities.
- Proficiency in **MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and project management tools**.
- Ability to handle **confidential matters with discretion and professionalism**.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a **proactive and resourceful mindset**.
