**The Warehouse In-Charge will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse facility independently. This includes overseeing inbound and outbound cargo movement, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining compliance, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. The role may also involve basic local marketing to promote warehouse space.**

**Primary Responsibilities**
- **Supervise inbound and outbound cargo and overall yard activity**:

- **Maintain registers, stock records, gate passes, GRNs, dispatch reports**:

- **Perform real-time data entry and reporting (Excel/ERP/manual)**:

- **Coordinate with clients, transporters, and labour teams for smooth operations**:

- **Ensure warehouse cleanliness, compliance, and customer readiness**:

- **Handle basic marketing to promote space availability**

**Secondary Responsibilities**
- **Daily MIS reporting to HO**:

- **Support billing, documentation, and file maintenance**:

- **Coordinate for maintenance or supply requirements**:

- **Attend periodic meetings or inspections as required**

**Education Qualification**

**Graduate in any discipline Preferred: Diploma or degree in logistics/supply chain management**

**Experience**

**Min 2 Years’ experience in warehouse**
