If so, we are seeking a passionate Yoga Class Sales Executive to join our team and play a key role in growing our community. In this exciting role, you will leverage your knowledge of yoga and your sales expertise to connect with potential students, understand their needs, and promote our class offerings, all while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Lead Generation**:

- Proactively identify and qualify potential students through various channels (e.g., outreach calls, community events, social media).
- Conduct informative consultations to understand student needs, fitness levels, and yoga goals.
- Craft compelling sales presentations highlighting the benefits of your studio's offerings and how they address individual needs.
- Close deals by enrolling students in memberships, class packages, or workshops.
- **Building Relationships and Community**:

- Develop and nurture positive relationships with students, fostering a welcoming and inclusive studio environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and exceeding expectations.
- Build community by organizing events, workshops, and other initiatives that connect students and promote engagement.
- **Marketing and Promotion**:

- Assist with marketing efforts to promote yoga classes and special offers through various channels.
- Stay informed about current yoga trends and incorporate them into your sales strategies.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions on sales goals and strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong personal connection with yoga practice and its benefits.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a health and wellness or fitness industry setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and create a welcoming environment.
- Strong understanding of different yoga styles and their benefits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (preferred).
