Kindergarten Teacher

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute daily lesson plans aligned with CBSE early years learning outcomes and NEP 2020 guidelines.
- Foster holistic development (cognitive, language, emotional, social, and motor skills) in children aged 3 to 6.
- Use a play-based and activity-based approach to teach foundational concepts (language, numeracy, environment, life skills).
- Promote phonics, rhymes, storytelling, and experiential learning methods.
- Maintain detailed records of students’ progress and conduct regular assessments and portfolio-based evaluations.
- Establish effective classroom routines and manage student behavior positively and constructively.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, diaries, and school apps regarding student progress and needs.
- Participate actively in school activities, annual functions, sports days, and staff training programs.
- Ensure child safety and adhere to health, hygiene, and child protection policies.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Graduate in any discipline with **NTT / D.El.Ed / B.Ed in Early Childhood Education** (as per CBSE norms).
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting (preferred).
- Familiarity with CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 foundational stage framework.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching (smartboards, audio-visual tools, e-learning platforms).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
