_**Position Title: Assistant Professor of Pharmacology**_

**Department: Pharmacology**

**Responsibilities**:
**Teaching**:
Develop and update course materials, syllabi, and assignments.

Mentor and guide students in academic matters, including research projects and internships.

Evaluate student performance through exams, assignments, and other assessments.

Foster a positive, interactive, and inclusive classroom environment.
- **Research**:_

Conduct research in the field of pharmacology and related areas.

Supervise postgraduate students and guide them in their research projects.

Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present them at academic conferences.

Seek research funding and collaborate with faculty and industry partners on research initiatives.
- **Service**:_

Contribute to departmental and institutional academic activities.

Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and decision-making processes.

Engage in professional development and attend workshops, conferences, and seminars.

Participate in outreach activities to enhance the visibility of the pharmacology department.
- **Other**:_

Stay informed about the latest developments in pharmacology and related disciplines.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching methods and the overall academic experience.

Assist with administrative tasks within the department as needed.

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:
**M. Pharma (Master’s in Pharmacy) in Pharmacology** or a related field from a recognized institution.

Proven ability to teach and engage students at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

Demonstrated interest in research and an eagerness to contribute to the academic development of the pharmacology department.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
