**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:User Interface (UI) Design**:

- Design visually appealing and consistent UI elements (buttons, icons, layouts, typography, color schemes).
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like **Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop**.
- Ensure responsive and adaptive designs across various devices.

**User Experience (UX) Design**:

- Conduct **user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis** to improve digital interactions.
- Create **user flows, journey maps, and personas** to enhance engagement.
- Optimize existing designs based on data and feedback to improve user retention and satisfaction.

**Collaboration & Execution**:

- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are properly implemented.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to align branding and UI/UX strategies.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordingly.

**UI/UX Testing & Improvements**:

- Perform A/B testing to analyze design effectiveness.
- Identify and resolve **pain points in user interactions**.
- Stay updated with UI/UX trends and best practices to enhance product usability.

Pay: ₹13,636.46 - ₹35,736.07 per month
