**Designation: Executive - Architect**

**Desired Experience: 10 - 15 years.**

**Qualification: B Arch / M Arch**
- Preparation of Design input for Architect.
- Make the Architect aware of the DC rules applicable to the said project.
- Study & analyses of concept design prepared by Principal Architect.
- Preparation of the concept drawings, presentation drawings, corporation drawings, working drawings and detail drawings as per the requirements.
- Initial Concept working for Project Feasibility
- Checking and Comparison of concept design received & giving inputs in view of salable area and Plan Sanctioning.
- FSI, Salable Area Calculations and various relative workings of Concept.
- Compilation and creation of workflow chars of all design input data prepared by Architects, Structural & MEP consultants.
- Brochure data preparation - Google image, Layout, Unit plan, Exterior, interior & cut views.
- Handing Over Last Revised Drawings as 'As Built Drawings' after Project Completion.
- MOEF & IGBC data Compilation / Preparation.
- Checking of Submission Drawings.
- Architectural design. Landscape design, Interior design, Leisure and entertainment, Theme design Environmental Design & Certification Environmental Design.
- Architectural Design, MEP design and approval sanctions.
- Co-ordination with the client, contractor, survey group, municipal authorities in design phase, provide technical consulting service on construction site and reviewing project in its future operation.
- Coordination with Principal Architect, Liasoning Architect & other consultant for Concept Finalization.
- Interdepartmental coordination with Business Development, Liasoning, Marketing, Estimation, Purchase & Finance for various works.
- Coordination, Verification & Compilation of Tender Drawings.
- Coordination with Various Govt. Departments for Liasoning work.
- Weekly inspection of the site.
- Checking & getting prepared all kinds of presentation as well as working and detailed drawings.
- Coaching and guiding the team regarding design, detailing.
- Interacting with the clients and other agencies involved in the project.
- To keep a check on site while execution by time to time site visits.
- Should be ready and excited to travel PAN India as per project requirement.
- Excellent in English communication skills, writing / speaking
- Smart / Confident personality

Technical Skills:

- Revit and BIM Implementation expertise is an added advantage.
- Architecture software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUp)

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
