**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyse current state of operational systems & research on student UX.
- Ideate, design, develop, prototype & scale operational processes on each segment of student lifecycle.
- Collaborate with academic, product, operations & student success teams to ensure student experience is delightful. Experiment & innovate with new systems, structures & processes leading to better outcomes for our students.

**Requirements**:

- 1+ years of prior experience in Operations/Program/Project Management.
- Excellent on problem solving, breaking problems in smaller chunks, creating structure from scratch.
- Demonstrated ability of proactive communication & handling multiple stakeholders.
- Self driven independent contributor with an approach of getting things done.
- Must have worked on building processes from scratch
