**Job Summary**:
Lighting Concepts, a 20-year leader in innovative and futuristic lighting design, is looking for a creative Digital Content Specialist with 0-2 years of experience. This role is ideal for someone who loves creating engaging visual content and has a passion for storytelling through photography, reels, and editing. You will be responsible for capturing and sharing the unique lighting solutions we deliver while helping to grow our online presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**:

- Shoot high-quality photos and videos of our lighting designs, installations, and projects.
- Assist in planning and creating Instagram Reels and video content showcasing our work, behind-the-scenes moments, and innovative designs.
- Edit photos and videos to ensure professional quality and alignment with our brand aesthetics.
- **Social Media Management**:

- Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar to post consistently on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Assist in forming engaging captions and select appropriate hashtags to boost engagement.
- Schedule posts and monitor social media platforms to maintain a consistent online presence.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to foster strong connections with followers.
- Interact with our audience to build a loyal community of design enthusiasts.
- **Trend Awareness & Innovation**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, especially in Reels and short-form video content.
- Experiment with creative ideas to keep content fresh and engaging.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Monitor performance metrics like reach, engagement, and follower growth.
- Support in preparing reports with suggestions for improving performance.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- **Essential Skills**:

- Photography and videography skills, with an understanding of composition, lighting, and angles.
- Experience with video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Basic photo editing skills using software like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.
- Ability to create dynamic Instagram Reels and short videos.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and Facebook.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling through visuals.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Photography, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Interest in lighting design, architecture, or interior design.

Pay: ₹14,716.05 - ₹50,088.96 per month
