**Job Title: Investment Banking Analyst**

Opportunity Type: remote

**Role**:

- Part of the fund raise team helping crypto startups raise equity or token capital
- Preparation of marketing collateral specifically pitch decks and financial models
- Building end to end pitch decks, teasers, one pagers, investment memos, IMs and other investor documents
- Determining company valuations, Cash Flow analysis, cash burn, runway
- Creation of fund raise and ecosystem tokenomics
- Financial statement projections and modeling
- Project evaluation and analysis including IRR, NPV, ROE and other tools
- Creation of research reports and business plans with ability to conduct fundamental and technical analysis
- Preparation of SAFE/SAFTs, SHA, SSA documents and definitive agreements
- Strategic financial decision making

**Skils required**
- Mandatory
- Must have excellent command over written and spoken English
- Mandatory
- Experience in creating pitch decks, investor decks, IMs, teasers
- Mandatory
- Expert with excel with extensive experience in creating 3 statement financial models and valuations
- Advanced excel tools such as Vlookup, macro
- Startup experience good to have
- Some personal crypto experience is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
