**Job Responsibilities and duties**
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow and ensure the accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and follow accounting policies and procedures.
- Ensure all Statutory norms are followed and completed accurately, on time like GST, TDS, P.Tax etc.
- Perform monthly, quarterly and annual accounting activities including reconciliations of bank and credit card accounts
- Co-ordination and completion of annual audits and reviewing financial reports/support as necessary.
- Analyze and report on financial status including income statement variances, communicating financial results to management, budget preparation and analysis.
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Oversee taxes and abide by federal regulations.

**Qualifications and skills**
- 2-5 years accounting experience
- Expertise with Tally
- Extensive knowledge of Indian GAAP
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills
- B.Com / M.Com

CTC Range - 15K-20K per month

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
