We also use advanced analytics to optimize routes and schedules, reducing idle time and improving overall productivity. Job Summary
- Lithium Urban Technology is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the management and coordination of transportation operations. The supervisor will ensure that all transportation activities are carried out efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all transportation activities, including scheduling, dispatching, and routing of vehicles and drivers.
- Monitor and track vehicle and driver performance to ensure compliance with safety regulations and Lithium Urban Technology policies.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and service providers.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of transportation operations.
- Develop and maintain transportation schedules, logs, and other documentation.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in employee transportation or logistics management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using transportation management software and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
