Seeking a skilled and experienced Test Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess strong core banking knowledge with a specific focus on Loans Accounts and Savings. In addition to technical expertise effective communication skills both verbal and written are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Test Planning and Strategy: Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for banking projects emphasizing Loans Accounts and Savings functionalities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and define test objectives. Test Execution: Execute test cases to ensure the functionality performance and reliability of core banking systems. Identify and report defects and work closely with development teams to facilitate timely issue resolution. Core Banking Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in core banking concepts particularly in Loans Accounts and Savings modules. Conduct in-depth testing to validate the accuracy and efficiency of banking operations. Communication Skills: Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular updates on testing progress. Articulate test findings and results in a clear and concise manner. Collaboration: Collaborate with business analysts developers and other team members to ensure a thorough understanding of project requirements. Participate in regular meetings to discuss project status issues and potential improvements. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases test scripts and test reports. Ensure all testing activities are well-documented for future reference and audits. Proven experience as a Test Analyst in the banking domain with a focus on Loans Accounts and Savings. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with testing tools and methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Professional certifications in software testing. Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance standards. Previous experience with core banking systems.
