**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up CNC/VMC machines (tooling, offsets, fixtures) as per job requirements.
- Operate machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings.
- Read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
- Perform basic CNC programming/editing when required.
- Conduct first-piece inspection and ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to maintain quality.
- Maintain tools, machines, and workplace cleanliness (5S practices).
- Troubleshoot issues related to machining, cutting tools, and programs.
- Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.

**Requirements**:

- ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Tool & Die or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum [X] years of experience as a CNC/VMC Setter cum Operator.
- Knowledge of CNC programming (Fanuc/Siemens/Mitsubishi or relevant controls).
- Strong understanding of machining processes and cutting parameters.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings and measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
