**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a **highly organized and multitasking Sales Coordinator (Female)**to manage stock records, follow up on customer payments, and support digital marketing activities. This role requires **strong ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time**.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Multitasking & Coordination**:Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently, including stock management, payment follow-ups, and digital marketing support.
- **Stock & Inventory Management**:Maintain and update stock records, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with the sales team.
- **Customer Payment Follow-ups**:Track invoices, send reminders, and follow up regularly to ensure timely collections.
- **Digital Marketing Support**:Assist in social media marketing, and online promotional activities to boost brand visibility.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of sales, service requests, and customer interactions.
- **Communication & Teamwork**:Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.

**Who Can Apply?**

Skilled in multitasking and handling multiple responsibilities effectively.

Comfortable working with computers and software like MS Office (Excel, Word).

Proactive, detail-oriented, and good at organizing data and records.

Strong in communication and follow-ups, especially for payments and service updates.

Interested in digital marketing and willing to learn new skills.

Prior experience in a similar role is a plus, but **enthusiastic learners & freshers are also welcome**
