**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, build, and manage monthly content calendars tailored to the tone and goals of each Mirats group company.
- Create, schedule, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant social channels for multiple brand handles.
- Generate creative and trend-driven ideas that increase engagement and reflect the voice of each brand.
- Participate in online discussions, forums, and competitors’ pages to boost off-platform brand visibility.
- Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and optimize content strategies using real-time insights.
- Stay updated on digital trends and adapt content quickly to stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with design, sales, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across platforms.

**Requirements**:

- A creative thinker and strong communicator with a passion for writing and storytelling.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Comfortable writing in multiple formats and tones, from quirky captions to professional posts.
- Ability to “sell without selling” smart, engaging, and subtle messaging.
- A natural trend-spotter with light analytical skills to back creativity with insights.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask across multiple brands, manage deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
