v **Qualification**:PG in Chemistry/B-Tech/Relevant field study

v **Experience**:Minimum 5 plus years of proven work experience as coatings specialist or similar role.

v **Salary**:Negotiable

v **Working Location**:Sreepuram, Narketpally, Nalgonda-508254, Telangana, India.

**Key Roles**:

- Strong understanding of chemistry and properties of different industrial paints and coatings including their color, durability, and resistance to heat and corrosion.
- Developing and formulating paints, coatings, and other related materials
- Conducting tests on new products and materials, including durability, color matching, and environmental impact
- Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Staying informed about the latest industry trends, products, and technologies
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of paints, coatings, and related materials
- Investigate failures and discrepancies to maintain quality control.
- Collaborate with manufacturers and vendors to stay updated on the latest products and trends.
- Inspect finished projects to ensure quality and adherence to specifications.
- Document all work processes and results.
