Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed construction project schedules, including activity sequencing, duration estimation, and resource allocation.

Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to gather accurate project information, and ensure that all schedules are aligned with the overall project timeline.

Monitor and analyze project progress against the schedule, identifying any potential delays or bottlenecks, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Use project scheduling software to create and update project schedules, generate reports, and forecast project completion dates.

Implement schedule recovery strategies when necessary to mitigate delays and minimize impacts on project timelines.

Attend project meetings to present schedule updates, discuss project progress, and address any scheduling concerns.

Review and analyze contractor and subcontractor schedule submissions, ensuring that they meet project requirements and are consistent with the overall project schedule.

Work closely with the project management team to identify and implement process improvements, schedule optimization opportunities, and best practices.

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, subcontractors, and internal team members.

Ensure that all scheduling activities adhere to company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in a similar role.

Proficient in project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.

Strong understanding of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling best practices.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.

Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.

Knowledge of relevant construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Professional certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP), is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
