**Description**:
We are looking for Subject matter expert, **ADFS, LDAP, GPO, MFA**, Integration experience **Azure AD,**design and architecture exp mandatory.

An Active Directory (AD) Specialist with **10 -15 years**of experience in Windows AD and Entra (Azure AD) would typically possess a deep understanding of designing, implementing, and managing AD infrastructures.

Here's what their skill set and experience might look like:
**Key Areas of Expertise**:
**1**. Active Directory (Windows AD)**: - Domain design and forest architecture. - Implementation of Group Policies (GPOs). - Managing trust relationships between domains and forests. - User and group management, including security and distribution groups. - Active Directory Sites and Services for replication. - Backup and recovery of AD databases.

**2.**Entra (Azure AD)**: - Integration of on-premises AD with Azure AD using tools like Azure AD Connect. - Management of Azure AD identities, roles, and permissions. - Implementation of Azure AD Conditional Access policies. - Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). - Identity protection and securing Azure AD with best practices. - Experience with Azure AD B2B and B2C identity management solutions.

**3.**Infrastructure Design and Security**: - Planning and implementing high-availability AD architectures. - Implementing identity and access management (IAM) policies. - Designing AD Federation Services (ADFS) for Single Sign-On (SSO). - Managing and securing Domain Controllers (DCs). - Monitoring and auditing AD activities.

**4.**Migration and Upgrades**: - Experience in migrating from on-premises AD to Azure AD. - Upgrading and decommissioning older versions of AD infrastructure. - Implementing cloud-based identity solutions and hybrid identity management
