Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced **Slitting Machine Operator** to join our team. As a Slitting Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining slitting machines used in the production of various materials, such as paper, plastic, or metal. Your primary goal will be to ensure the efficient and accurate slitting of materials according to specifications.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare the slitting machine for operation, including loading materials onto the machine and adjusting settings such as blade position, speed, and tension.
- Operate the slitting machine to cut materials into specified dimensions and lengths, ensuring precise and accurate cuts.
- Monitor the slitting process to maintain quality control and identify any defects or irregularities in the materials.
- Make adjustments to the machine settings as necessary to maintain optimal performance and minimize waste.
- Conduct regular maintenance on the slitting machine, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn-out parts to ensure smooth operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or operational issues that may arise during production.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and ensure efficient workflow.
- Keep accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any production issues encountered.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Slitting Machine Operator or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Familiarity with operating slitting machines and associated tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
- Attention to detail and the ability to perform accurate measurements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
