Group CEO

Purpose of the position

The Group CEO has evolved into a multi-category, multi-channel and diverse business under the leadership of Mr. Ahmed Ansari and Mr. Ahmed Iqbal. Building Material industry is a rapidly growing industry with multiple companies eyeing a market share in various categories that Oriental has presence in.

The main purpose of recruiting a CEO is to position OMS Group and its products as a preferred brand by creating a strong GTM. The position will also take care of all the metrics of the business thus delivering a healthy core team and bottom line.

Key Responsibilities of the position:

- CEO will the fulcrum for professionalism of the Group, require for growth and transformation.
- The CEO will formulate strategies and implement actions for moving from a Kerala centric business to a PAN India operation in 3 to 5 years’ timeframe.
- The CEO will create value by providing the vision, leadership, strategy and general management skills necessary to grow the company into a dominant player in its industry.
- This will include development and implementation of a strategic plan to advance the company's vision, mission, strategies and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization.
- The CEO will work with a top tier management team dedicated to developing, manufacturing and selling world-class products and services
- Act as the key face of the company, develop new customers and channels to market and manage existing customer and channel partner relationships, develop strategic partnerships and ensure that overall revenue and profit goals are achieved.
- The CEO will overlook the corporate governance and ensure all compliances are met for the smooth functioning of the organization according to the local regulations.
- Execute a sound people strategy with an eye on performance management while keeping the ethos of the group company intact.
- The position will oversee creation of a sound GTM Strategy for the company and deliver results by meticulous execution.
- Regular monitoring of the product mix and invest in opportunities to ensure market leading position.
- Continuous improvement of the Manufacturing and supply chain functions and processes.
- Maintain a sound balance between short-term and long-term results.
- Capitalize on the new opportunities by continuous monitoring and assessment
- Deliver a healthy CAGR
- Effective P&L Management by a thorough knowledge of revenue and cost levers. Own the bottom-line indicators and deliver strong annual results.

Position will report to the Directors and will have the above structure under the position.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
