Urgently Required Fresher office boy for reputed firm.

Responsibilites and duties:
1.To make sure Office premises should be cleaned everyday by Office boy.

2. To make sure daily cleaning - All shelves, cupboards, chairs, tables by office boy.

3. Maintaning all the office equipments as needed.

4. To make and serve coffee and tea to guests and employees

5. To provide stationary to all employees working in office.

6. To monitor the use of supplies, computers and equipment within the office

7. To help in setting up projectors and laptops during the meetings

8. To record documents in files as per the instructions of supervisors and managers

9. To collect parcels from couriers and distribute them to concerned person.

10. To laminate, photo-copy and bind documents according to the requests of employees.

11. To procure daily grocery for office use
- 12. Perform other administrative tasks as per instructions from manager.

Key Skills Qualifications & Good communication skills - Basic knowledge of administrative procedures - Efficient and effective
- Honest and trustworthy
- Atleast matriculation degree

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
office Surface are sanatized and all people required to wear mask.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- near gopals, Kharar, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
