- Identify and approach potential customers, including retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice providers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop strategies for increasing sales and market share.
- Introduce and promote new ice cream products to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction with the products and services.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions to improve service quality.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to check on their stock levels, sales performance, and ensure orders are being fulfilled.
- **Order Management**:

- Generate and process orders for ice cream products, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain inventory levels at customer locations and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure prompt deliveries.
- Follow up on payment collections and resolve any payment-related issues.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
