We are hiring **Sales Executive** for one of our leading clients in **Gurgaon** Location.

Work **experience around 2 years**. All should have **experience in " Real Estate Sales Executive " and " Communication Skills "**
- Designation**:Sales Executive**:

- Salary**:30,000 - 35,000 / Month.**

Note:

- **Has decent experience of at-least 2 years**:

- **Preferable background of real estate**:

- **Interviews will be conducted F2F**:

- **No Virtual Round**:

- **Immediate Joiner Preferred**

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- **Cold Calling** the prospect clients and sell our interior services
- Conduct **market research** to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new **sales opportunities** through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Ensure the availability of stock for **sales and demonstrations**:

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to **achieve better results**:

- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a **Sales Executive or relevant role** (1-2 years)
- Proficiency in **English**:

- Excellent knowledge of **MS Office**:

- Thorough understanding of **marketing and negotiating techniques**:

- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering **attractive presentations**
