**Responsibilities**:
Answer incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and other individuals seeking pathology-related information - specific to Technical knowledge.

Interpret and explain laboratory test results to callers/ Doctors / Healthcare professionals in a clear and concise manner.

Collaborate with laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain additional information or clarify test results, when necessary.

Stay updated with the latest advancements and research in the field of pathology to provide accurate and up-to-date information to callers

Custodian of Technical domain with the Call center team

Act as a Subject Matter expert for the Call center team on test knowledge / diagnostics process and procedures/ New test launches etc.

**Qualifications**:
Degree and certification - MBBS / PHD Pathology

1. Strong knowledge and understanding of laboratory testing procedures, test result interpretation, and diagnostic principles.

2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information in a clear and understandable manner.

3. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume call center environment.

4. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

5. Proficiency in using computer systems, medical software, and databases for documentation and research purposes.

6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.

7. Prior experience in a call center or telemedicine setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
