**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training & Mentorship**
- Conduct engaging training sessions on UI/UX design principles, wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability testing, and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
- Guide students on live projects to simulate real-world UI/UX challenges.
- Provide mentorship to students by addressing their queries, reviewing their work, and helping them develop industry-ready skills in design and usability.

**Content Development**
- Design and create structured learning materials, including lecture slides, design challenges, and project assignments.
- Stay updated with industry trends to introduce cutting-edge design methodologies and tools into the curriculum.

**Technical Expertise**
- Assist in designing projects that reflect real-world challenges in user interface and user experience development.

**Support & Evaluation**
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback on their design work.
- Evaluate projects, assignments, and assessments to ensure students achieve their learning outcomes.

**Collaboration & Innovation**
- Work closely with Takshashila Labs' team to improve training methodologies.
- Collaborate on the placement program to ensure students are well-prepared for job opportunities in UI/UX design and related fields.


**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer or Developer in the IT industry.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision, along with a strong understanding of responsive design, design systems, and user-centered design methodologies.
- **Teaching Skills**: Ability to simplify complex topics and convey them effectively to learners at different levels of expertise.
- **Passion for Teaching**: A strong desire to mentor and inspire the next generation of UI/UX professionals.
- **Education**: A Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
