**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Fiori Authorization solutions to ensure secure and efficient access management.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the development team to ensure the successful delivery of SAP Fiori projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Fiori solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices in the implementation of SAP Fiori Authorization.
- Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Fiori Authorization processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP Fiori technology to continuously improve solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and provide innovative solutions using SAP Fiori.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new tools and technologies to enhance SAP Fiori capabilities.

**Qualifications**
- Possess extensive experience in SAP Fiori Authorization and SAP Fiori.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of security standards and best practices in SAP Fiori.
- Have experience in Transgenics and User Access & Identity Management.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Display strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have a proven track record of successfully leading SAP Fiori projects.
- Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Demonstrate the ability to stay updated with the latest SAP Fiori trends and advancements.
- Possess strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Show experience in providing training and support to end-users.
- Have a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
- Exhibit the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and address business needs.
