**Key Responsibilities:Reception Duties**:

- Welcome and assist patients, visitors, and vendors courteously.
- Provide accurate information regarding hospital services, departments, doctors, and timings.
- Maintain a calm and professional demeanor, especially during peak hours.

**Appointment Desk Duties**:

- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments through phone, walk-in, or online systems.
- Maintain updated doctor schedules and coordinate with departments in case of cancellations or delays.
- Ensure all appointment bookings are documented in the HIS (Hospital Information System) or other tools.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Register new patients and update existing patient records.
- Collect consultation charges and issue receipts.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, well-organized, and welcoming.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Coordinate with OPD nurses, doctors, diagnostic departments, and billing.
- Inform patients in case of delays, emergencies, or doctor availability changes.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
