**Job Title**: Sales Associate - Mechanical Engineering (Fresher)
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate with a background in Mechanical Engineering to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales efforts of our mechanical engineering products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate who is passionate about sales and eager to start a career in the field.
**Responsibilities**:
Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and cold-calling.
Assist in preparing and delivering product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
Engage with customers, both in-person and virtually, to understand their needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and follow-up on sales leads.
Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to ensure a thorough understanding of technical aspects and how they align with customer needs.
Maintain and update customer information and sales records in the CRM system.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and advancements in mechanical engineering to contribute valuable insights to the sales team.
Support the creation of sales collateral and marketing materials to promote our products/services effectively.
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Passion for sales and the drive to succeed in a competitive environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a sales role.
Team player with excellent collaboration skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other sales-related tools.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
