The Opportunity:
The Senior Application Submission Professional will be a vital role for our growing Customer Experience Team.
They will be responsible for supporting the Submission Team, ensuring the required procedures and policies are easily available, and leading or supporting projects to support a streamlined process. It will be a key role of the Senior Application Submission Professional to ensure the success of all teams from a volume, process, innovation and automation standpoint as their KPIs will reflect this.
They will report to the Manager and will be expected to work in collaboration with cross-functional teams to communicate their findings and support improvements or changes. Cross-functional teams include but are not limited to Learning & Enablement, Process Management, Quality Assurance, IS, Sales Enablement, and Knowledge Base. Professionals will be assigned to support their teams regularly and to discuss opportunities of improvements.
What you'll be doing everyday:
- Seen as a strong resource with expert knowledge to support all Submission Teams
- Supporting, leading, and implementing projects across all Submission Teams
- Share process opportunities as appropriate with Managers, TLs, PROM, L&E and other teams as needed
- Accountable for reporting Professional’s output and learnings to review with leadership.
- Create, coordinate and assist in delivering procedure / policy change across all Submission Teams
- Create and publish procedure / policy content and plan to be used by all Submission Teams
- Discuss and share ideas for procedures / policies
- Work closely with L&D to ensure resources are content professionally created, easily understood and accessible
- Keep updated with procedures and policies published on ApplyGuide
- Manage a variety of tasks with efficiency
- Ensure processes are regularly updated to guarantee precision of process detail and efficiency
- Act as a Senior resource to Manager and TLs completing tasks that require an advanced level of knowledge and need to be actioned in a timely manner
- Ensure Professionals and KE’s are onboarded, coached and trained as needed within the scope of your role
- Handle any escalations pertaining to procedure / policy or the business as they arise
- Added responsibilities will be assigned as needed
What you bring to the table:
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Ability to deliver information correctly and precisely
- Ability to listen to, understand and answer questions Experience using Google and Office Suites, Adobe Acrobat, etc
- Strong analytical abilities, detail-oriented, high level of accuracy and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Adept researching, investigating and problem-solving capabilities
- Aptitude for prioritizing tasks Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Proficiency in proofreading/ editing text to ensure spelling and grammatical correctness
- Able to work in a collaborative, teamwork environment
- Able to multi-task and shift roles as per the need/requirement for the day to meet deadlines
- Ability to influence at a leadership level without having direct reports
- Able to adapt to new policies and procedures
- Good knowledge of customer service standards
- Ability to assess Employees
- Excellent organizational skills
