**Job Title**: RTO Operations Associate
**Location**: Kothrud pune

**Job Summary**:
The RTO Executive will be responsible for handling all Regional Transport Office (RTO) related activities, including vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, hypothecation, permits, tax filing, insurance, and other statutory compliance. The role requires strong coordination with RTO officials, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end RTO documentation and processes (vehicle registration, ownership transfer, NOC, hypothecation, RC renewal, permits, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with all RTO rules, regulations, and timelines.
- Liaise with RTO authorities, agents, and internal stakeholders for smooth processing.
- Maintain proper records of all RTO-related documents and transactions.
- Handle road tax payments, challan clearance, fitness certificates, and related formalities.
- Support customers in completing vehicle-related formalities and resolving queries.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all submitted documents.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and compliance reviews as required.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate
- 1-3 years of experience in RTO-related work (Automobile / Transport / Logistics sector preferred).
- Strong knowledge of RTO procedures, documentation, and compliance.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and handle field visits if required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
