The Interior Sales Person will aesthetically function indoor spaces by combining creativity, technical knowledge, and client input. They ensure designs meet safety and functionality standards, reflect the client’s vision, and align with budget constraints.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, budget, and style.
- Present design concepts, material options, and layouts to clients for approval.
- Address client concerns and refine designs to align with their expectations.
- **Concept Development**:

- Create design concepts, mood boards, and sketches based on project requirements.
- Research and incorporate current trends in design, materials, and technologies.
- **Space Planning**:

- Analyze space requirements and develop layouts to maximize functionality and flow.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, accessibility guidelines, and safety regulations.
- **Material and Product Selection**:

- Source furniture, fixtures, fabrics, lighting, and other decorative elements.
- Recommend sustainable and cost-effective materials when appropriate.
- **Technical Drawings and Specifications**:

- Create detailed drawings, floor plans, and 3D renderings using design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit).
- Specify dimensions, materials, and installation guidelines.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure seamless execution.
- Supervise on-site progress and resolve any challenges that arise.
- **Budget Management**:

- Prepare cost estimates and ensure projects stay within budget.
- Negotiate pricing with vendors and contractors.
- **Project Management**:

- Oversee project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Conduct quality checks during and after project completion.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Maintain comprehensive records of design plans, contracts, and client communications.
- Provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of experience in interior design or related sales roles.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- **Creative Skills**: Strong sense of aesthetics, color, and spatial awareness.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- **Project Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and budgets.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with building codes, materials, and construction processes.

**Work Environment**:

- Office-based with frequent site visits.
- May involve travel to meet clients, vendors, or attend trade shows.
- Deadlines may require overtime or weekend work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
