**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance
- Actively engage with customers to achieve sales targets
- Manage point-of-sale processes including billing and payment handling
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and stock organization
- Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Assist in inventory management and restocking
- Work collaboratively with the store team to ensure smooth operations

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of retail sales experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and store operations
- Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and target-driven

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in [industry type - fashion, electronics, FMCG, etc.]
- Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills
- Multilingual abilities (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
