We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our vibrant marketing team. As a Graphic Designer at Betterhalf, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing visually stunning designs across various channels, including digital platforms, print materials, and social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure designs align with campaign goals.
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design assets, ensuring they adhere to Betterhalf's brand guidelines.
- Design compelling graphics for advertisements, social media posts, and banners to drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Produce high-quality illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information in a visually appealing manner.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or tech-driven environment or in any mainline creative agency.
- ** Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma** and other relevant design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print materials.
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
